The spa facilities were AMAZING! The steam sauna and alternating hot baths really highlight how relaxing the stay can be. Just wish check-in wasn't at 5 PM. great experience 😊

I truly enjoyed being there, the place is chic.

Consistently courteous staff and fantastic location close to transport, everything was excellent. The room was fantastic and new-fashioned with a shower, hairdryers and a bidet in the communal bathroom. The views of the mountains overlooking the residential buildings were exceptional. Location: the hotel was short walk to also multiple subway and Nishiki Market and cool restaurants/bakeries. The service was thoughtful and the food was tasty.
